Rachel & Griffin didn’t start as a duo, they started as two artists already deep in their own musical worlds.

Rachel Lynch spent years in Oklahoma writing and performing solo and with her band, Rachel Lynch & the Daydrinkers, known for honest songwriting, a big voice, and stories that aren’t afraid to get a little messy. Griffin Wade was in Texas, releasing his debut EP Whirlwind, a raw and reflective collection shaped by quiet moments between long tours. Both were carving out their own way long before their paths crossed.

When they finally met during one of Griffin’s tours through Rachel’s hometown of El Reno, Oklahoma… everything clicked. Their relationship and music grew side by side, and that natural connection is the heartbeat of their sound. Blending folk and Americana with humor and heartfelt honesty, Rachel & Griffin create shows that feel less like performances and more like gatherings of close friends. They aren’t afraid to explore love, loss, addiction, forgiveness, and the beautifully awkward moments in between.

While Rachel & Griffin have grown into a unified voice, their early solo projects still shape who they are. That’s why Rachel Lynch & the Daydrinkers and Griffin Wade – Whirlwind are featured in their EPK, those songs are the foundation that led to the sound and story of Rachel & Griffin today.
